Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders are processed and delivered when you purchase from PhoneCoverPro LLC (“PhoneCoverPro”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States and select countries in Europe. Availability may vary depending on the destination and carrier coverage.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within up to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Processing includes order verification, quality checks, packaging, and handoff to the carrier.

Important

  • Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.
  • During high-demand periods, processing may take the full stated timeframe.
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping details may delay processing.

Estimated Delivery Time

After your order ships, estimated delivery is typically 7 to 15 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier operations, weather, customs processing (if applicable), and peak seasons.

Shipping Cost

We offer Free Shipping on eligible orders. If any exceptions apply (such as remote areas or special handling), the final shipping cost will be shown at checkout before payment.

Tracking

A tracking number is provided for shipped orders whenever available. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking details via email.

Order Confirmation & Shipping Notifications

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an address is incorrect or incomplete, delivery may fail or be delayed.

  • If your order has not shipped yet, contact us immediately to request an address update.
  • If your order has already shipped, we may be unable to change the destination address.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For some international deliveries, customs authorities may apply duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are determined by your local government and are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages

If your package is delayed, please check the tracking link first. If it appears stuck or you believe it is lost, contact us and we will assist you.

  • Carrier delays, weather events, and customs processes can cause delivery delays outside our control.
  • If a package shows “Delivered” but you did not receive it, please check with household members/neighbors and your local carrier.

Undeliverable / Returned to Sender

If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address or repeated delivery failure, we can:

  • Reship the order (may require updated address confirmation), or
  • Issue a refund in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.
