This Payment Policy explains how payments are processed on PhoneCoverPro, what methods we accept, and what to expect after placing an order.

We do not accept cash on delivery, checks, or bank transfers unless explicitly stated at checkout.
All prices are displayed and charged in USD ($). If your bank or PayPal account uses a different currency, the final amount may vary due to exchange rates and conversion fees set by your provider.
Your payment is processed at the time you place your order. Once the payment is authorized and confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Depending on your destination, local taxes, VAT, customs fees, or import duties may apply. These charges are determined by local authorities and are typically the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Orders are typically processed within up to 3 business days before shipment. Shipping time is usually 7–15 days depending on the destination and carrier.
We use industry-standard security measures and trusted payment partners (Stripe and PayPal). For customer protection, some transactions may be reviewed. In rare cases, we may cancel an order and refund the payment if we suspect fraud or misuse.
If you have an issue with your order, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Unauthorized chargebacks can delay resolution and may result in account restrictions.
We recommend contacting support before opening a dispute with your bank or PayPal.
We offer a 30-day refund window and accept exchanges where applicable. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method (Stripe card or PayPal).
