Refund & Returns Policy
At PhoneCoverPro LLC, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not completely happy with your order, you may request a return under the conditions below.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
To be eligible for a return
- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for:
- Wrong model ordered
- Color preference changes
- Fit issues
Please contact us before sending any item back.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at: support@phonecoverpro.com. Include clear photos so we can resolve it quickly.
Non-Returnable Situations
We reserve the right to refuse returns that:
- Are sent without contacting us first
- Are used or damaged by the customer
- Are returned after 30 days from delivery
